Sofra

With a brand New Year getting started, Nahele and I are into a food craze all of a sudden. Though it's more like I dragged her into it =) Recently, we have been trying out different kinds of food and cuisines...

This time round, we ended up in a Turkish Restaurant, Sofra. The ambiance there was pretty nice, except for the lighting, as one can see from our pictures as follows... We expected a huge turnout as the girl mentioned that the pricing of the food was average. Much to our surprise, there wasn't a queue nor a fully packed place. (Not that the food wasn't nice, it was nice indeed!)

The girl with the bread. Mind you, it's not a prata k!

All smiles on the face

The girl ordered the Yaprak Tavuk(Cool name huh), which is chicken stuffed with veggies and mushrooms. As for me, I went for the Sofra Kebap. Initially, we thought that our portion would be quite small, judging from the pictures in the menu, whereby we decided to have some starters to go along with our meal. That's where the girl started complaining that she was full even before the main course came!!

Nevertheless, we managed to finish it up, with the help of the hungry rooster, me. It was really a hearty meal, with the both of us patting our round and big tummy at the end of it all... =P
