Of More Wedding Photos

It's quite rare that I find pre-wedding photos taken at the Botanic Garden and the Lalang Fields catching my eye. But these did =)

Boat Asia 2009

It's been quite some time since the Boy and I went for an 'outing'. This time, we made our way to Boat Asia at Keppel Bay, which was also hosting the Asia Dive Expo. Not sure if there was any shuttle service, Raphel and I decided to walk ourselves to Keppel Bay. Unfortunately for us, it was a freaking hot day!!

Yes I needed my shades, if not I would have gone blind...

So, when we finally got ourselves there, we quickly paid for the tickets, and hid ourselves in the tentage that was set up for the exhibitors of both events. What surprised Raphel most was that there was quite a bit of tourism publicity going on as well, due to the Asia Dive Expo. That got the both of us talking, as the Boy mentioned that he thought of learning how to dive before, but just never got the chance to.

But missing out on diving experiences or not, at least we got the chance to enjoy some underwater photography. There's my cute boy, pretending that he's Apex Photographer of the Year =)

Anyway, it was enough hiding, as we came to Boat Asia not for hiding in the tentage, but to see some boats! Sadly, I thought the exhibition was quite small. Plus I felt that the boats that I see at Raffles Marina way back had more boats than Keppel Bay.

In the end, the day was really too hot for us both to handle (even though the Boy himself has higher tolerance for heat than I do), and we decided to call it a day just after 1.5 hours. And lo and behold, guess what I saw??

Our hero for the day, a shuttle bus back to HarbourFront!! And for sure, we were all smiles that day =D

Musings

Sometimes, I can’t help but sometimes wonder what a catch I found. A partner whom I know fits me best.

Reasons... ?

We both share:

1. The love for photography
2. The love for travelling

He is also a person who:

3. Rekindled my interest in soccer
4. Ever so willing to go shopping with me (how many guys seriously enjoy shopping and walking around the whole day with a girl?!) Hell, he even plays the part of the ‘devil’ at times to tempt me!
5. Enjoys exercising as well, and one who spurs me on to keep fit.
6. Willing to enjoy a musical or theatrical moment with me.
7. Is a beach khaki who enjoys chilling out in the sun with me so that we’ll both turn chocolate! (Helping me and my task in being Pocahontas instead of Snow White)
8. Is a night owl who is trying to help an ex-night owl to gain back her abilities to stay up late…

With so many more to add to the list, I cannot help but just keep falling in love with him over and over again. Indeed, I think I’ve found the best catch ever… =)

Housing Wishes

From the above picture, I'm very sure one can see that I'm in the 'marrying' mood, especially when I've just recently blogged about wedding photos!

Above is a layout plan of a 5-room flat of Park Central, a DBSS project at Ang Mo Kio. While we are aiming for at least a 4-room flat, I believe there is no harm dreaming for a 5-room =) And what I like best about the above layout is that the master bedroom is just right next to bedroom 2, hence allowing for renovation of turning a quarter or half of the bedroom into a walk-in wardrobe, while the rest of the space can be converted into something else like say our very own mini studio?!?!

Like I said, no harm dreaming, muahahahaha... =D
