A Photo Canvas

Since it is a brand new year, Nahele and I decided to come up with new activities to make it an eventful, yet exciting year for both of us. It was just as convenient that one of my buddy came up with the idea of going trekking at the MacRitchie Tree Top Walk. Hence off we went on a early Sunday morning. It was our first time being there, so it kind of got us really excited and perked up.

Not only us, the whole group also got excited. A "brilliant" idea suggested by one of my buddy, got us choosing the longer route than usual, taking us a total of 3hrs to get to the Tree Top Walk. And guess the distance we covered?? 5km!! And the worse thing was tat the whole tree top walk is just about 250m!

Nevertheless, all of us made it in th end, with me motivating and pulling the rest along. =) Nahele was dead tired upon reaching the Tree Top Walk. Plus her stomach was growling!!

It was another 5km of walk back to the reservoir where we had started!! And this time round, the journey was filled with ups and downs of stairs and slopes. The girl was dead beat, judging from her expression on her face. Just like a dead fish. =P But of course, everyone was not quitters. It was not long before we hit a road. That's when we decided to follow through and discover civilization. Yup pee...We smell food!! =D
