Of Bowls and Prawns
Our quest for adventure continues, as this time round, we headed to Jurong Superbowl for some pin-knocking session. Again, it has been some time since I last touched a bowling ball, though not as long since I played pool.
Raphel claimed that he hasn't played bowling in a longer time than I am. But guess what, he still beat my score in the end!! I'm attributing it to the fact that guys have more brute strength, which would help them knock down more pins, hahaha =)
Us enjoying the bowling session.
As if the bowling was not enough, Raphel and his friends decided to head to Lakeside Fishing Village in the wee hours of the night, where we got our first try in prawning!!

The hilarious thing however was that there were 7 of us, but only 2 rods... So yup, we had to interchange and take turns with each other. While we saw that other customers were busily fishing up all the prawns, guess how many did we catch at the end of 3 hours?
Only 3 miserable prawns!!

And Raphel had the luck in catching the very first one.

But then again, I guess 3 is better than none? Not too bad for our first time I guess. And at least I managed to stay all the way up from 1am to 4am without turning into a panda. Though there is no prizes for guessing how badly I knocked out once I reached the comforts of my bed... =)
