A Bintan Valentine
This year's Valentine's Day saw us chilling out with each other under the sun at Bintan Lagoon Resort.
It's been quite some time since we last went to the beach, and I could obviously see that Raphel was totally enjoying the sounds of the waves and the peacefulness around the resort. A really short yet nice weekend getaway to just relax and chill out, apart from our daily hectic work schedule.
And since we both always wanted to get a tan, a beach getaway was the perfect gift for us over the weekend =)

River Hongbao 09
Deciding upon an impromptu visit, Raphel and I decided to head down to the River Hongbao for a stroll. Somehow, it has become a yearly affair for the both of us to partake in the yearly River Hongbao Festival, as it holds a special feeling in my heart since we went there last year while ‘dating’, whereas this year we went as a couple =)
The location for the exhibits this year was different, as we made our way to the Marina Floating Platform. And walking under the red lanterns sure made me feel like I was in outer space!

Of course pictures of myself with the exhibits weren’t missing either, particularly with this peacock, which I spent so much time queuing for it because of the sheer number of people.
